A special thank you to our 2026 Community Partners!

When we gathered for Journey for Change this year, we were reminded once again of just how special our community is. Behind every person who walked, ran, or rode were businesses, families, and neighbours who believed in coming together for something bigger than themselves.

Today, we want to recognize five of those incredible supporters who joined us as Community Partners for Journey for Change 2026.

❤️ GK Exterior Ltd.
❤️ Heide Truck Services
❤️ J & L Walker Farms
❤️ Schipper Family Farms
❤️ Springfield Swans

Your generosity is part of what made this year's Journey for Change possible. More importantly, it's helping us continue the everyday work of walking alongside individuals and families who need a little extra support, encouragement, and hope.

We are so grateful to live in a community where local businesses and organizations choose to invest in the people around them.
