Heavy rainfall of 15-25 mm per hour possible in heavy rain bands. Expect possible flooding, shoulder washouts and water pooling on roads. A rainfall warning is issued due to a slow-moving weather system that will bring prolonged heavy rainfall across the province from early Sunday morning through Monday afternoon.
