Céline, you are the most wonderful beautiful woman anyone could ever meet. You always light up a room, mood, or party. We appreciate everything that you do, and sacrifice for us; your friends and family. We all just want to wish you a happy 23rd birthday to the best; sister, oldest daughter, friend, and 'stepmom'. You are always so joyful and put everyone's elses needs before your own. You aren't called silly Céine, mamma C and whatever else for nothing. We love you so so dearly, and we'd all probably be lost without you. God bless you today, tomorrow and for as many years you continue to bless others.
