Ford is recalling 15,355 Bronco Sports (2021–2023 models) and 18,221 Escapes (2020–2022 models) due to a possible fuel leak.
These models have the 1.5-liter engine and were previously recalled for the same issue, but the fix wasn't actually completed.
Ford will cover the recall-related repair for free, and owners will be notified by mail by May 1.
