Click click BOOM 💥 onto the next phase of the t/a project, tear it all apart and get to scrapping 40yr old grease and grime, wire wheeling and of course more sanding. Doing a nice clean and freshen up on the frame, firewall, wheel wells and rad support to compliment the beauty 455 that will be back in house soon.

Did you know ? Ive always been a car guy, but i dont just fix cars... ill take a stab at getting just about anything up and going again... like this classic 1991 invader boat...very clean unit for its age however she needed an alternator, battery, trim pump solenoids and a gear oil service to get back to hitting waves and doing boat things.

Couple smaller tasks I did before getting into blocking, door latch was cooked and so was the opening for it, it needed some repairing and a new latch installed, Also cant forget the super fun task of cleaning the years and years of dirt and grime out of the engine bay making it ready for some fresh paint when I blow it apart to paint the jams.

Block party by myself haha, just a few pictures of the sanding process hand blocking out the slick sand. Not very exciting for pictures, also is time consuming as i have to hit it 3 times over with 3 diffrent grits. Final primer coming soon then I can blow it apart and start getting some fresh paint on her.

Cant forget those Parts! Been cleaning up a bunch of the loose parts up for the t/a build, with the body curing its a go...
