Joey is an ex-ICBC road test examiner and has great knowledge of what ICBC expects from drivers before and after the road test. Joey has a diversified skill and understanding to adapt to everyone’s needs and has successfully helped many individuals get through the finish line within their first attempt of that road test. Joey is also multilingual with speaking English, French, Punjabi, Russian and Arabic and is fairly good at breaking through communication barriers.
