Hydra-Test process on 68RFE valve bodies 👇

Every single valve body we build is bolted to this automated test bench. The machine heats the transmission fluid to exact operating temperatures and cycles the electronics rapidly. Our software maps out the exact hydraulic pressure curves of each solenoid and valve circuit in real-time.
