Tiny joined INEOS Kavango in March 2016 as a welder and fabricator. Through dedication, hands-on expertise and an unwavering commitment to her craft, she has grown into a leadership role overseeing Steel and Accessories and she also manages the team and the work in the fabrication workshop and assists with quality and planning.
Her story is a powerful reminder that leadership is forged through experience, capability and the courage to break barriers. In an industry where precision meets performance, Tiny brings the expertise, determination and vision that help turn ambitious ideas into tangible realities.
