WE’RE HIRING: BRANCH MANAGER

Are you an experienced tyre retail professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to join the Dunlop Zone Botswana team.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 5+ years’ experience in tyre retail and customer service
🔹 Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
🔹 Valid driving licence
🔹 Willingness to work anywhere in Botswana
🔹 Strong sales, customer service and team leadership skills
Your key responsibilities will include:
🔹 Planning and executing marketing activities within agreed budgets, targets and timelines
🔹 Maintaining and growing relationships with existing and new customers
🔹 Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys
🔹 Identifying opportunities to pe*****te competitor markets
🔹 Delivering internal and client-facing presentations
🔹 Preparing client proposals and managing follow-ups with internal teams
🔹 Communicating new product opportunities, customer feedback and market insights to the Marketing Director
🔹 Coordinating with staff to support sales and close deals
🔹 Training new sales employees
🔹 Managing branch stock and ensuring accountability for discrepancies
🔹 Maintaining integrity and sound business practices
