1.COUNTER SALES PERSONNEL
A mechanical company in Gaborone is urgently looking for a well experienced young and aggressive counter sales person with pleasant personality and good communication skills in both English and Setswana
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all sales functions in a professional manner for counter customers by providing prompt and exhibit a positive , friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
Efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction
Create sales order.
Receive payment or obtain credit information.
Backup inside sales desk.
Good knowledge of car parts
Assist and resolve customer complaints
EXPERIENCE
Mechanical background
pleasant personality and good management and communication skills
5years experience in parts and spares especial clutch and brakes
Fast experience in truck parts added advantage
Drivers license as an advantage
