One of our first big jobs in our new workshop 🤩

Our workshop is located in Matebeleng just 80 meters on the paving road.

This navara came in for a facelift and colour change to pro 4x gray

The bakkie was previously accident damaged and had a very poor orange paint job with dents all over but nothing we couldn't sort out 😉

We started stripping the car down for a full colour change,removing all the dents and straightening up the front end,we finished it off in a Standox 2 stage gray and clear for that glass finish👌

We also manufactured a front and rear metal bumper for the navara giving it that aggressive look the client was after,the front bumper has sideplates that we have not pictured at the moment.

All said and done this is one beautiful navara pics dont do it justice.

Hi guys

We've been absent from social media due to some big things happening behind the scenes 🤩

This was our last job at our old location before we took a big step forward to grow RJR Customs .

This Landrover fire truck was brought to us straight from the lobatse auction so we can transform it into a one of a kind Bakkie.

We custom fabricated a loadbin ,installed a set of Landcruiser LED tail lamps recessed into the corners, aswell as custom cattle rails to suit this beast.

We finished off with a high quality paint job with a custom green pastel colour to modernise the exterior and it came out looking awesome and definitely one of a kind.

What a year its been..,We want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support.

We have built quite a few show stoppers this year and also helped allot of people get back on the road

We're looking forward to the new year, we have some big projects nearing completion and we cannot wait to show them off...

Rust to Ritches...

Ford f100 Restomod

Well .we started off with a rusted body and buk,no chassis ,no wheels but with a dream and a vision, we were tasked to build something Botswana has never seen before ,something custom ,something one-off and this was a perfect canvas to show Botswana what we can do, not only with our workmanship,but our craftsmanship and fabrication.

We started with a shell and no base ..but with a plan.. ,we want a new school, old school bakkie....
Then we decided to take later model pajero chassis and start with something that's readily available and serviceable ,Done.

First obstacle was the chassis is too short so we ended up extending the chassis and then this didn't look proportional and we decided to shorten the buk aswell and now it came together.

The bakkie body is of a 4x4 so we came up with the idea of changing the shape of the wheel arches that used to accommodate 4x4 tyres now accommodates a road tyre ,so we redesigned the wheel openings to give it a new school appeal.

Rust ..Rust..Rust ...so we started attending the worst bit ..that was the rear end,the tailgate was a story,and we can't find a fresh one anywhere ...we then decided to re-manufactured and build a tailgate fram scratch ,(all in House)and we are integrating
A electrical lock mechanism to open and close the tailgate by a push of a button,and we also fabricated a rear roll panel to suit the tailgate, no more levers and handles !
The entire buk floor was replaced with newly bent sheet and allot of structure was put into place to strengthen everything up .

Nissan sentra 200sti sr20

A true South African 90's icon🏅 ...
a 4 cylinder bully that ran with the vura's and gusheshe's back in the days ,i spotted this car in my neighbourhood and i couldn't believe my eyes...I had to save it.

Here it goes ,The car was straight to start off with ,accident free ,just had minor dents and a very poor paint job that was cracked and chalky for being parked for a few years.

We started with sanding off all the previous paint and started panelbeating and so the process continued until we were happy with our preparations, this car was mainly done after hours and weekends so we were also limited on time,we finished off with a sleek coat of Duxone bmw alpinweiss 3 white 2k ,I am a bmw lover at heart so its an obvious choice when it comes to white😂.

We also built a custom 76mm induction for it,serviced and went through the entire suspension on this car,replaced shocks ,bearings,cv's ect,its just as clean underneath as it is on the outside 👌

This car pulls strong and now looks the part aswell,just waiting on the sticker kit and then we're onto attending the interior 🤩

Its an on-going project ..hmm.. I wonder is there any more of these cars in Botswana? This is a Nissan sentra 200sti sr20 manual
