We would like to inform you that, starting December 12, 2024, the Bot Mobility app will introduce an annual service fee of 14.99 BGN.
Why are we introducing a service fee?
The fee is necessary for the maintenance and development of the platform and includes:
• Support and development of new features: We are continuously improving the app to provide you with more conveniences and new features.
• System updates for better security and stability: The security of your data is our priority. We work hard to ensure the reliable operation of the app and scooters.
• Continuous improvement of service quality:We are increasing scooter availability and optimizing the service for your convenience.
What should you do?
• If you agree to the fee: No action is required. The fee will be automatically applied to your account.
• If you do not wish to pay the fee: Please log into your account through the Bot Mobility app and remove your payment method before December 12, 2024.
How to remove your payment method?
1. Open the Bot Mobility app.
2. Go to the Settings section (icon with three horizontal lines).
3. Log into your account.
4. Delete the saved payment card.
Special bonus for our customers!
As a token of appreciation, all users will receive a bonus of 15 BGN in their account:
• The bonus can only be used for rides with our scooters.
• It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• The amount will be automatically added to your account after the fee is activated.
