3D Printed Center Caps for BBS RS2 Wheels and Their Manufacturing Process:

Scanning the Wheel Opening: The process begins with scanning the wheel opening to take the most accurate measurements possible.
Creating a 3D Design: Using the measurements obtained from the 3D scanner, we create a detailed three-dimensional design using specialized software.
Prototype Development: Prototypes are created to check for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. This process is repeated until the perfect prototype is achieved.
Final Product: For the final product, we use ASA filament, a type of plastic that is UV-resistant, and withstands high temperatures. This ensures durability and long-lasting quality.
Delivery and Client Satisfaction: Once everything was ready, we sent the caps back to the client along with the wheel. The client was extremely pleased with the results.
The client, who is a professional painter, painted the caps himself and sent us photos—first of the freshly painted caps, and then of how they looked mounted on the car.
