The new V4 prototype of our shifter is ready for real-world testing this season!

We will continue to offer the V3 until stocks last.

✅ In V4, a new 50 kg sensor replaces the previous 22 kg version.
✅ A higher-grip cap made from modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) has been added, providing the strength and durability required for this application.
✅ Yellow alignment lines have been added for easier visual positioning.
✅ A protective cap now covers the previously exposed assembly screw, preventing misuse that could damage the sensor.
✅ The overall dimensions have been increased to meet material requirements and improve ergonomics for drivers with larger hands.

Today we received feedback from a customer who uses a radio frequency intercom device in his car which interferes with the readings of the shifter. The voltage rises when the microphone is actuated. The radio is too powerful and close to the shifter and starts to disturb the signal despite the shielding it has.

We did an experiment in the office using a 450mhz walkie-talkie and found that an antenna distance of less than 1 meter from the shifter starts to interfere with both the output signal and the input from the power supply.

Certainly a walkie-talkie is not suitable for use in racing cars unless it is digital, as it can interfere with other parts of the car's electronics.

In this case, the best solution is to use homologated, wired intercom devices that are safe for the rest of the electronics in the car.
