Dear Friends,

Over the past several months, we have been working to further improve our unit, making it stronger, more reliable, and more accurate.

We are now pleased to introduce the new V4 unit with the following specifications:

• 5.0 V power supply
• 3-wire harness (+5.0 V, GND, signal output)
• 2.5 ± 0.3 V nominal output at zero load
• Built-in amplifier
• 0.01 V sensitivity for force measurement
• Operating temperature range: -10 °C to +50 °C (typical drift: 0.01 V per 10 °C)
• Full-scale load capacity: up to 50 kgf in each direction
• Load cell maximum mechanical rating: 50 daN
• Bidirectional operation (upshift & downshift)
• Mounting thread: M12×1.25, with additional locking screw
• Suitable for sequential gearboxes and H-pattern dogboxes for gear-cut triggering
• Not compatible with in-car radio communication systems due to potential Radio Frequency Interference (RFI)

Key improvements over the V3 version:

• New load cell with twice the strength and a full-scale range of 50 kgf
• New k**b manufactured from carbon fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate for increased strength and durability
• High-visibility yellow markings added to improve peripheral recognition during racing conditions
• Textured surface for enhanced grip and control
• Approximately 8% larger dimensions for a more comfortable and confident hold

Please note that the M10 threaded version is being discontinued. Starting with the V4 generation, all units will be supplied exclusively with an M12×1.25 mounting thread.

The V4 unit can also be ordered with the previous V3-style k**b design and material, subject to availability while existing stock lasts.

The new V4 prototype of our shifter is ready for real-world testing this season!

We will continue to offer the V3 until stocks last.

✅ In V4, a new 50 kg sensor replaces the previous 22 kg version.
✅ A higher-grip cap made from modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) has been added, providing the strength and durability required for this application.
✅ Yellow alignment lines have been added for easier visual positioning.
✅ A protective cap now covers the previously exposed assembly screw, preventing misuse that could damage the sensor.
✅ The overall dimensions have been increased to meet material requirements and improve ergonomics for drivers with larger hands.

The product is in final development stage. We welcome feedback and ideas based on real racing experience. Feel free to contact us.
