🛠️ Vehicle Damage: What Should You Do Next?

A breakdown, an accident, vehicle theft or minor damage: each situation requires a different next step.

The good news? You don't have to figure it out alone.

🚗 If your vehicle is immobilised, Arval Assistance can help and provide a replacement vehicle.
🔑 In case of theft, report the theft to the police and contact Arval or inform us via the My Arval mobile app immediately.
🔧 For minor damage, you can report it via My Arval. If you have opted for the Perfecta service, the damage is covered.
🪟 Glass damage? Simply contact an approved windscreen repairer from the My Arval list (the damage is covered by our Perfecta service).

In case of an accident involving third parties, always complete a European accident statement and send it to us. But if you are insuranced with your own insurer, contact your insurer or broker directly.

Whatever happens, knowing who to contact helps keep the process clear and straightforward.
