Making new hearts | Few other Fast Road engines in preparation

Neat Inno | In for a full check-up, drivetrains and brakes upgrades. A LOT of corrections have been made to it despite its lovely look. Unmatched and missing bolts, nuts, missing washers, gaskets, excessive primary gear float end, noisy timing chain, ect.

Went straight for a 1750 kms road trip across the Vosges with great success, not one single issue 🏁

Fairly Standard | Rebuilt box and diff for a futur Fast Road engine.

This box was not intended to be rebuilt but we highly recommended the have at least a clean up and a check. As always it paid off as it was on the point to exploded.
Imagine what could have happened if nothing was done to it and it was just put back on a freshly tuned engine.

We will never say it enough - you CAN'T rebuild/prep an engine without taking the gearbox apart or going through a good clean by dropping the casings, main shaft, ext. The risk that a failure arises from a part or debris sitting in the gearbox is way too high.

Back At It | On a gearbox that we checked and transformed into a Fast Road setup on a central pick up oil pipe and a Quaife ATB diff.

Came attached to freshly built engine made by another company that we are currently rechecking for mechanical details and setups that are not correct.

You can not build an engine by only cleaning the gearbox without opening it as debris will always remain in the intricate corners of it. And if you put RTV at the wrong places it can be catastrophic !

Basically it is like been a young athlete but eating junk food. He won't last long.
