Aankondiging,
ik ben een eenmansbedrijf. Dit houdt in dat ik Uw afsraak inboek, Uw diagnose stel, Uw onderdelen bestel, Uw reparatie uitvoer en uiteindelijk Uw factuur maak en Uw voertuig aflever.
Ik doe dit reeds meer dan 20 jaar met veel plezier en zo goed en vlug als kan.
Wat echter contraproductief werkt is om me op verschillende manieren te contacteren... Ik bel je steeds terug vanaf dat mijn handen vrij zijn.. Het heeft geen zin om een bericht te sturen 'savonds en 'sochtend al een ? te sturen. Vaak ben ik tot 23u aan het werk, daarna wil ik ook nog wat tegen mijn partner zeggen en dan gaan slapen.
En uitzonderlijk ben ik ook eens een voormiddag niet aanwezig, ik moet net zoals iedereen ook eens naar bvb de oogarts, de dokter...
De moraal van het verhaal, bel en als ik niet kan opnemen bel ik wel terug vanaf mijn handen vrij zijn.

What is counterproductive, however, is to contact me in different ways... I will always call you back as soon as my hands are free.. There is no point in sending a message in the evening and sending a ? in the morning. I am often working until 11 pm, after that I also want to say something to my partner and then go to sleep.
And exceptionally I am also not present for a morning, just like everyone else I also have to go to the ophthalmologist, the doctor...
The moral of the story, call and if I can't answer I will call you back as soon as my hands are free.

Je suis une entreprise individuelle. Cela signifie que je prends rendez-vous, établis votre diagnostic, commande vos pièces, effectue votre réparation, puis établit votre facture et vous livre votre véhicule.
Je fais cela depuis plus de 20 ans avec grand plaisir et dans les meilleurs délais.
Ce qui est contre-productif, en revanche, c'est de me contacter de différentes manières… Je vous rappelle toujours dès que j'ai les mains libres. Inutile d'envoyer un message le soir et un « ? » le matin. Je travaille souvent jusqu'à 23 h, après quoi j'ai envie de dire un mot à mon partenaire avant d'aller me coucher.
Et il m'arrive aussi exceptionnellement d'être absent une matinée, comme tout le monde, je dois aller chez l'ophtalmologue, le médecin…
La morale de l'histoire : appelez-moi et si je ne peux pas répondre, je vous rappelle dès que j'ai les mains libres.
