Actually 3 more to go. I have an 24kWh ENV200 battery on the lift to.

4 hours in to it.
Testing every module.
Already whent trough my remaining 46 models from a 24kWh pack.

I have good news and slightly less good news.

As we expect our second child. (Thats the good news) I have reduced my workload to complete some personal tasks and jobs before the birth of little me nr 2.

All planned installs will continue.

For the persons that are on the waiting list, have no fear. I will not forget you. (The slightly less good news)

You will have to wait a little longer for the installation. I restart installing at the end of september 2025.

Do you know, that we (who is we? Its only me) also relocate the 12V plug? Be warned, this one is always active, so can drain the 12V battery.

Oh no, a hole!

Yes, V4 of the extender lets you have acces to the original service disconnect of the HV battery of the Volvo, makes working on, for example, the AC compressor or the ISG a lot safer!

Now there is only 1 thing, if the OBC dies, then the extender needs to be removed. For all other tasks, the extender can stay where it is.

To have acces to that disconnect, you need to disconnect the extender first, so everything is save then.
