At the Cannes Yachting Festival, Thierry sat down with Deo Juvante interior architect Kurt Wallaeys to talk about exactly that.

Designing for life on board comes with a completely different set of considerations. Every space has to work harder, every detail has a purpose, and most importantly, everyone on board needs a space that feels like their own, somewhere comfortable, functional and truly like home.

Thierry and Kurt dive deeper into what that means, sharing their knowledge and experience and some of the thinking that’s going into Deo Juvante.

It was an incredible week for Deo Juvante, and we were proud to be part of the show as an Official Press Partner of Cannes Yachting Festival ✨

Our full Deo Juvante team was on the ground, including our media team, capturing and documenting the week. From our press presentation and conversations at the booth to interviews with our team, industry leaders, and some of the people shaping the future of yachting.🛥️

Most importantly, we had the opportunity to welcome so many visitors to the Deo Juvante booth.

Meeting people from around the world, sharing the vision behind what we are building, and seeing the growing interest in Deo Juvante made this an especially exciting week for our team.

There is real momentum building, and Cannes was only the beginning.

Day 4 at the Cannes Yachting Festival 🇫🇷⚓️

It’s been a busy few days filled with visitors, meetings, new conversations, and our presentation to the press.✨

With our team normally spread across Belgium, Turkey, Canada, and Bulgaria, having everyone together in one place is something we don’t get to experience often. Our media team has been making the most of it, capturing plenty of content behind the scenes while we catch up, exchange ideas, and share what’s ahead for Deo Juvante.

We’ve made new friends, learned a lot, and had some great conversations with people from across the industry.
