The Board of Directors of Southern Automobiles Ltd. initiated the establishment of a CNG Conversion Center and CNG Refueling Station in April 2000. Consequently, Southern Automobiles Ltd. was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh on 1st February 2001. Followi
ng its incorporation, Southern launched its CNG business on 12th November 2001, with approval from the Energy and Mineral Resource Division, Ministry of Power Energy and Mineral Resources, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, via letter No. EN&MR (op-1) CNG/BPC-12/2001 dated 8th July 2001. In October 2014, we expanded to include LPG Conversion services, and in 2022, we began offering Hybrid Car Repair and Maintenance with EV capabilities. Our primary goal is to build business goodwill by delivering the best automobile service in the country.
