We’re looking for a great soul – passionate about designing great products – who will contribute to making our products look cool, user-friendly, market-focused, and lead our product design to another level. The applicant should be honest, dedicated to help team, good communicator, great learner, eager to grab new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos, videos and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Must know After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Job Nature: Full-time
Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year in a reputed company.
-Freshers/Freelancers will be given opportunity to join after 3 months of probation period at our office.
Additional Job Requirements:
-Must be Bangladeshi.
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to deal with clients & design according to their desire
-Exceptional creativity and communication skills both in Bengali and English
-Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Office Hour: Saturday to Thursday (11 AM to 6 PM).
Job Location: Sector 7, Uttara, Dhaka (5 min walking distance from Mascot Plaza & North Tower.
Salary Range: BDT 10,000 - BDT 12,000
Increament: Every 6 months based on performance.
