Our RSM Azerbaijan team came together at Quba Palace for a memorable day filled with team-building activities, fun challenges, laughter and great moments together.
Beyond the activities, it was a valuable opportunity to step away from our daily routines, strengthen connections, get to know each other better and celebrate the spirit of teamwork.
Because strong teams are built not only by working together, but also by understanding, supporting and growing together.

RSM Azərbaycan komandası olaraq Quba Palace-də keçirdiyimiz bu xüsusi gün komanda oyunları, əyləncəli fəaliyyətlər, bol gülüş və xoş anlarla yadda qaldı.
Bu gün bizə gündəlik iş tempindən bir qədər uzaqlaşaraq əlaqələrimizi gücləndirmək, bir-birimizi daha yaxından tanımaq və komanda ruhumuzu daha da möhkəmləndirmək üçün gözəl fürsət yaratdı.
Çünki güclü komanda yalnız birlikdə işləməklə deyil, bir-birini anlamaq, dəstəkləmək və birlikdə inkişaf etməklə formalaşır.

Precision. Judgement. Perspective.
There is perhaps more in common between golf and our profession than first meets the eye.
Both demand preparation and discipline. Both require us to understand the conditions, assess the situation before us and exercise judgement at the right moment. And in both, consistency matters more than a single good shot.
Golf also has a special connection with RSM internationally — a relationship that has developed over many years alongside our global professional identity. It therefore felt particularly fitting to bring a little of that tradition to RSM Azerbaijan during our team retreat in Quba.
After an intensive professional season, the afternoon gave our growing team an opportunity to change perspective, spend time together outside our usual environment and enjoy some friendly competition.
A different course, perhaps — but many of the same principles that guide us professionally.

İlk baxışdan qolfla bizim peşəmiz arasında çox da böyük oxşarlıq görünməyə bilər. Əslində isə hər ikisi hazırlıq, intizam, dəqiqlik və doğru anda düzgün qərar verməyi tələb edir. Və hər ikisində davamlı nəticə bir uğurlu zərbədən daha önəmlidir.
Qolf uzun illərdir RSM-in beynəlxalq brendinin və qlobal tərəfdaşlıqlarının bir hissəsidir. Buna görə də Qubada keçirilən RSM Azerbaijan komanda görüşümüz çərçivəsində bu ənənəni komandamızla bölüşmək xüsusilə xoş oldu.
Gərgin peşəkar mövsümün yekununda bu gün bizə gündəlik iş mühitindən kənara çıxmaq, fərqli perspektivdən baxmaq, birlikdə vaxt keçirmək və sağlam rəqabətdən zövq almaq imkanı verdi.

Görüş zamanı qarşılıqlı əməkdaşlıq imkanları, müqavilə məsələləri və birgə layihələr müzakirə olundu. Eyni zamanda, maliyyə ixtisası üzrə tədris proqramına baxış keçirilməsi və onun müasir əmək bazarının tələblərinə uyğun şəkildə təkmilləşdirilməsi istiqamətində fikir mübadiləsi aparıldı.
Göstərilən səmimi qəbul və konstruktiv müzakirələr üçün təşəkkür edirik!

held a meeting with the Director and academic staff of the College of Finance and Economics.
During the meeting, we discussed potential areas of cooperation, contract-related matters, and opportunities for joint initiatives. We also exchanged views on reviewing the Finance program curriculum and enhancing it in line with the current demands of the labor market.
