Your day-to-day will include:
🚘 Assembling and disassembling vehicles
🧰 Prepping vehicles for paint
🧽 General workshop duties and keeping the space organised
💪 Supporting qualified tradesmen and the wider team

• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliability and initiative (you see what needs doing and get it done)
• Experience in a workshop environment preferred, but not essential

You will be working along side 2 experienced estimators.

🔧 About the role:
• Assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates
• Liaise with insurers, assessors, and customers
• Work closely with our workshop team
• Potential workshop floor leadership

👤 About you:
• Estimating experience in the panel/automotive industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of collision repairs
• Great communication and attention to detail
