Hello locals,
We would like to remind everyone that we are offering a 4 cents per litre local discount as a small way of saying thank you for the incredible support you have given us over time.
To receive the local discount, customers must provide valid ID showing a local address. This requirement applies to everyone wishing to access the discount.
Unfortunately, some of our staff have recently been abused and spoken to aggressively when they have asked customers to provide proof of address.
Please understand that this requirement is a management decision and is not something our staff have made themselves. Our team members are simply following the instructions given to them.
If you are unable to provide valid ID showing a local address, our staff are not responsible for the decision, and there is no need to be rude, aggressive or abusive towards them.
We are more than happy to continue supporting the people who support our business and our local community. ❤️
Please respect our staff, and they will always do their best to look after you with the same respect.
