Join Sam Hill and Mikayla Cooling as they look back on their rally at the Shamrock Haulage Rally of Bathurst, in the debut outing for their unique H6 Subaru.

Originally built as an RS Challenge car, the Subaru has been transformed with a 3-litre six-cylinder engine, delivering a completely different driving experience and one of the best sounds in the forest.

Starting with a seeding of 28, the pair exceeded expectations with a strong and consistent performance across the day, finishing:

🏁 14th outright
🏁 11th in the NSW Rally Championship
🏁 9th in Production Cup

In this video, Sam breaks down the rally from the driver’s perspective, including:
• How the new H6 setup performed
• Managing tyres and pace across the stages
• What it was like competing together as a father–daughter team
• Lessons learned from the Bathurst stages

It was a special event for the team, with Sam and Mikayla sharing the car and the experience together, doing the sport they both love.

🏁 Father–Daughter Rally Debut Impresses at Bathurst 🏁

This week we will be introducing some temporary changes to the opening hours at Woolgoolga BP.

Monday – Friday
7:00am – 12:00 noon
4:00pm – 7:00pm
Closed between 12:00 noon and 4:00pm

Weekends
9:00am – 3:00pm

These changes have been introduced as a temporary measure. We will continue monitoring several factors and will review our hours as needed to ensure we can provide the best possible service during these challenging times.

There won’t be any changes to the Workshop opening hours, which remain:
Monday - Thursday
7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday
7:30am - 4:00pm

🏁 Great Result for Hill / Cooling 🏁

Sam Hill and Mikayla Cooling have finished the Shamrock Haulage Rally of Bathurst 11th outright, a fantastic result in the debut event for the H6 Subaru.

It was a strong performance from the crew across a tough day of rallying, and a great way to introduce the new car to competition.

What made the result even more special was that Sam got to spend the day competing alongside his daughter, sharing a rally together and doing something they both love.

A fantastic effort and a great result for the team. 🚗💨

🔧🎥 Back in Service with Hill / Cooling

Sam Hill and Mikayla Cooling are back in service after completing the first loop of the afternoon stages, including the infamous Dark and Horrible stage at the Shamrock Haulage Rally of Bathurst.

Sam is already busy working on the car himself, juggling the roles of driver and service crew, making sure everything is ready for the next run through the stages.

We grabbed a quick chat with Sam in service to see how the afternoon loop went and how the car is holding up.
