After all the parts are checked to be with spec they are good to be re~bushed and reamed.
These will be reassembled with drop spindles.

Windows are finally going in.
Being a 70’s beetle with the plastic chrome insert you need a special tool to insert the trim. Even with the correct tools this is a very time consuming job unfortunately.
But the end result is always nice with the original classic look.

Always something special about the final stage of putting them back together.
