Are you passionate about cars and keen to build a hands-on career in the automotive repair industry? We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our workshop in Wonthaggi as Apprentice Spray Painters and Apprentice Panel Be**ers.

About the Roles

As an apprentice, you will learn all aspects of the trade while working alongside experienced technicians. You will gain practical skills, build industry knowledge, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You’ll Learn

Spray Painter Apprenticeship:
• Preparing vehicles for paint
• Colour matching and mixing
• Priming, sanding, masking and refinishing
• Use of spray guns and modern paint technology

Panel Be**er Apprenticeship:
• Vehicle body repairs
• Dent removal, welding and metal shaping
• Panel replacement and alignment
• Use of modern repair equipment and tools

What We’re Looking For
• Strong interest in the automotive or collision repair industry
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Driver’s licence (or working towards one)
