Hi all,

Just wanted to make a post regarding some defamatory comments being made about me personally and my business.

I had a male customer drop his car off to me for repairs in which his partner claimed ownership and requested that I return it to her because they had since split up due to domestic violence in their relationship and the car being in her name. I was advised by the police that my only option was to return it to whoever dropped it off and dealt with ,as ownership of the car was now a civil matter and would have to be dealt with in a legal setting.

Since returning the car to the male who dropped it off, she has taken it upon herself to post on numerous different pages alleging that I condone domestic violence and sexual abuse, and that I threatened her with bikies - all of which is completely untrue.

The police have been notified and I will be speaking with lawyers tomorrow to figure out next steps. If you see her posts, please report them to admins and to Facebook and attempt to get them taken down.
