As we are drawing close to Christmas holidays, we just want to make sure that you know we will be closed between 21st of December to 12th of January 2020. That means our last day at work will be Friday the 20th of December, back on Monday the 13th of January. During that time, I hope you all enjoy your Christmas break and the new years. Hi everyone. It is with a heavy heart that we must announce as of today, Top One's Facebook Messenger service will be terminated. That means we will no longer be answering your questions in Facebook Messenger.

The reason for this is because our experience shows that we simply cannot manage it properly, in the sense that queries get timely response and proper follow ups and so forth. We strive for excellence so the thought of delivering a sub-par service doesn't sit well with our principles, and the end result is we just discontinue it.
