Hello everyone I hope you all had a wonderful weekend celebrating the great women in our lives.

Sorry we haven't been posting as much lately we have been really busy here at SEQ Custom Auto Electrics with a few classic cars in for some TLC work and getting them back on the road once more.
As you see via the photos we have a 57 nomad which required all the Electrics going over and just some general tidying up to be done.

The second a beautiful 57 sports coupe requiring all the Electrics being switched back over to operate off the original ignition key, we had to put in a new little fuse box and some addition relays to make this all come to life once more. After the installation this beauty was ready to hit the road again.

Today we had the privilege of working on a great customers Prado to install a set of stedi spot lights and a GME UHF Radio. These are a great little addition to any vehicle seeking to stay safe at night giving plenty of vision capability and communication capability for emergencies, no reception areas or just in general with other road users.

Hi everyone hope you all are staying out of this crazy heat wave we are having. Here we have a customer of ours needing a hose replaced due to leaking in the hard formed air conditioning hose, as you can see we have cut that section out and replaced it with flexible hose to avoid any cracking in fixed mounted spots.
Once all repaired up the customer was pleased not to have to suffer in the heat any longer and could relax in the nice cold air conditioning.

Here’s another job we completed this week on a customers car which turned out great a nice dual battery system to do it all in your work vehicle. The battery was fitted into the tub boxes with 2 Anderson plugs in the tray for fridges and an Anderson plug at the tow bar area to charge the caravan batteries.

HI everyone what a great start to the week we have had with the pleasure of fitting out this patrol with a few basic accessories for camping and road safety recording. We had the pleasure of installing a dual reverse and front view camera with recording capabilities, a UHF, an Anderson plug in the tray area, a socket in the tool box, light bar and a solar panel connected. All of together make a great fit out for running your fridge Hassle free and having good communication equipment for any emergency needs.

Here we have a 1hz that was having issues with holding gas, was told it was a relay by customer. Turns out after further inspection and testing to be a leaking evaporator (see photos). This LC is now running Aircon at 4 degrees after testing/repair/regasing.

It also pays to have your air conditioning checked as you can see how dirty this evaporator is you never know what you are breathing in.
