💥 2025 has been an enormous year on all fronts!

Thank you to all of our clients and friends who have supported us and trust our products, we are doing our upmost to keep pushing engineering limits and designing new products.

This year we have successfully helped build two Solar Race cars for and , countless aero parts and body panels, handful of full aero builds - R33 GTR, GT3 Lambo and Evo 9 which have amazed many spectators and drivers.

During this jam packed year we have found the time to also acquire and install a new downdraft spray booth and a new 4-Axis CNC machine. These two major upgrades to our infrastructure enables us to continue delivering the best quality parts heading into next year.

Stay tuned for 2026! More products are to be launched early in the new year, plus more major builds are set to begin!

Lightweight, aerodynamic, and built for the outback! 🌞🏎
Sydney Composites proudly supported ANU Solar Racing in the 2025 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge by contributing to the manufacturing of the car and providing expert training and knowledge to the team.

With the help of the students we built the cars aerobody and internal structures. The students spent 4 weeks in Sydney and during this time we delivered extensive hands-on training and assisted with the car’s assembly. Having the students with us was the perfect opportunity to offer real-world experience in advanced composite manufacturing. 🔧

Racing Across the Outback! 🏁
The Western Sydney Solar Team placed 6th globally at the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2025, racing from Darwin to Adelaide in a car powered by the sun and sculpted for speed. 🏎🌞

🚀 World Champions!
Huge congratulations to USYD Rocketry Team for taking out 1st place at the 2025 International Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) in the U.S.!

We’re proud to have supported the team in building their award-winning rocket, Pardalote, which soared to 10,342 ft with just 3.42% error — an incredible engineering feat.

DC_Jap achieved victory in Clubsprint at World Time Attack Challenge 2023 with their Subaru STi, clocking an impressive lap time of 1:32.919!

This STi has a Sydney Composites’ Universal Aero package fitted, featuring:

• Front Universal Splitter
• Rear Universal Diffuser
• Side Board Panels
• Custom Wing uprights
• Sydney Composites manufactured DAS Wing

Reflecting on a remarkable year at World Time Attack Challenge2023, where Xtreme GTR piloted by Tim Slade and engineered by the famous Bradley Sherriff, triumphed in the Open Class with a record-breaking lap time of 1:25.92. We were privileged to play a part with our Carbon Fiber Aero package, which played a pivotal role in achieving unparalleled performance. This is evident with a lap time improvement of 1.5 seconds, even while crossing the line as a RB18 due to high inlet valve consumption.

The Aero Upgrade included:
• Front Universal Splitter
• Rear Universal Diffuser
• Custom two piece flat floor
• Custom wing uprights
• Sydney Composites manufactured DAS wing
