The finishing touch that ties it all together. 🖤✨

After completing this custom tray build, it was time to lay down the final coat on the floor. There’s something about a fresh, deep black finish that completely transforms the look of a tray build.

The rich gloss not only looks sharp, but it highlights the quality and attention to detail that goes into every build leaving our workshop.

A simple touch, but one that makes a big difference.

Front sectioned off to protect crane from material hitting, once installed

2x 1200 underbody toolboxes
1 x 600 underbody box

3.5t 50mm ball towbar
This FK fighter will look mint once the crane and tarp are installed

Built tough and set up to work 👌🏼

This 7.7m steel tray on a New Iveco S-Way came together unreal with a setup designed for both local work and long interstate hauls 🔥

We worked closely with both our customer and the end user throughout the build process to make sure this one was built right and tailored to exactly what was needed on the road and on site.

✔️ 7.7m steel tray
✔️ 5mm checkerplate floor
✔️ 400mm H drop sides
✔️ 4 x container pins
✔️ 7 x winches on track
✔️ Trundle tray built in-house
✔️ 3 of our newly designed underbody toolboxes 👌🏼
✔️ 2 x removable storage lockers
✔️ 300L auxiliary fuel tank for those interstate deliveries 🚛

Everything on this build was designed with practicality, durability and everyday use in mind while still keeping that clean finish

Brendan came to us wanting to completely remake his existing tipping body setup. The old body had sides that were too high, making it difficult getting in and out of the excavator door, and there also wasn’t enough room to comfortably rest the excavator arm down.

First step was removing the existing tipper body and getting it ready for its new owner — something we handled to help keep the whole process smooth from start to finish 👌

The end result:

✅ 5.3m tipping body
✅ 850mm high sides for easier excavator access
✅ Extended body length for better excavator positioning
✅ Underbody ramp storage
✅ Shovel & broom holders
✅ Built tough and practical for everyday civil work

Clean, functional and purpose-built exactly how it should be 💪

Sam from Garden De Elegance come in with his Hino Dutro he had brought to start his business back in 2002.
He didn’t want to get rid of it he just wanted to give this old workhorse a new lease on life

The plan was to keep as many ch of the main structure as possible, but once we started to strip it back and remove flooring we found a few main bearers were too far gone and needed replacing

We did the following and added a few extra things
✔️ New flooring
✔️ New drop sides
✔️ ladder racks
✔️ Tarp
✔️ Extended sides to 500mm high
✔️ Single hungry to sides
✔️ Double hungry boards to rear
✔️ Nice and shiny nee coat of Hino paint

How good did this little beauty turn out 😍
Now back at work and doing the job better than ever
