REVERSE PARALLEL PARK: Master It Without the Stress! 🚗Does the thought of reverse parallel parking make your palms sweat? 🫣 You are not alone! It is one of the most feared tasks on the VicRoads drive test, especially around the busy streets of Werribee and the Wyndham area.Whether you are trying to park near Watton Street for a coffee or tackling Stage 1 of your test at the VicRoads Werribee Testing Centre, mastering this skill is a must.Here is our foolproof, 4-step method to nail it every single time:1️⃣ The Setup: Line up your car parallel to the vehicle in front, about half a metre away. Your rear bumper should line up with theirs.2️⃣ The Angle: Put the car in reverse, do a full 360-degree safety scan, and turn your steering wheel one full turn to the left. Back up slowly until your car is at a 45-degree angle to the kerb.3️⃣ The Straighten: Straighten your wheel and keep backing up until your passenger-side mirror clears the rear bumper of the car ahead.4️⃣ The Tuck: Turn your wheel all the way to the right to tuck your front end into the bay.
