If you haven't already heard about this astounding group of young adults, we're about to give you the low down!
Monash Human Power is a student-led engineering team from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

In previous months they've been clocking up several hours at our facility undergoing high speed testing in the aim to manufacture the fastest human powered vehicle in Australia. Since 2015 MHP have been designing, manufacturing, and racing fully-faired human powered vehicles to push the limits of human speed.

The team at AARC want to congratulate MHP for the work they're committed to and the goals they're smashing!
We look forward to watching you grow and work closer to becoming the worlds fastest human powered vehicle.

Take a road trip with us to the Australian Automotive Research Centre(AARC).

The facility occupies a 1000-hectare site near Anglesea, 125km southwest of Melbourne and is the largest privately owned and independently operated automotive testing facility in Australia. Test facilities encompass virtually all driving conditions found in Australia, accommodating vehicles from passenger cars and four-wheel drives to heavy trucks and mining equipment.

The tour will include the site history of the AARC, a detailed presentation on their mission with an overview of their customers and unique facilities, as well as a deep dive into the centre's future plans.

During the site tour, David Kelly, Facility Manager, will provide informative commentary whilst guests sit back on the bus and take in the extensive range of evaluation facilities provided to all vehicle and component manufacturers.

Well the automotive industry is ensuring that's a thing of the past with the help of our Park Brakes Facility. We have 4 gradients 12%, 18%, 20% and 30% that our tenants and casual visitors use to test to ensure their compliant with Australian Design Rules.

We're looking forward to hosting Monash Human Power this weekend.

The group of student-led engineering team are out to break the Australian HPV F200 Land speed record of 94.6km/h and we're super excited to be supporting them on their mission.
