"So happy with our experience and service at Jayco Ballarat. Split the water pump in van and it was leaking. Rang jayco yesterday late morning, and they said could replace it this morning. "It's been a year now since we purchased our jayco sterling, thought it's about time i did a review.
Firstly the customer service we received was excellent thanks to Brad, he was easy to talk to and made us feel confident in our purchase both on the phone and in person.
We travelled from Adelaide to buy the van so it was a worry that we might be wasting our time, but brad was honest about the van once we got there.
