WE’RE HIRING – JOIN THE ROBSON BATTERIES TEAM
Robson Batteries is looking for another motivated person to join our growing team in Ballarat.
The role will include:
• Serving customers in-store and over the phone
• Delivering batteries and products to customers/Battery Installation
• Using our computer systems for invoicing, sales and general administration
• Helping with day-to-day store operations
• Learning about our products and the battery industry
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a current driver’s license
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is confident using computers
• Is highly enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Shows ambition and wants to improve
• Takes pride in their work and presentation
• Is reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team
We’re a highly respected local business with a strong reputation for quality products, fast service and looking after our customers properly. Because of that, we expect every member of our team to represent the business to the same standard.
Battery industry experience is not essential. We can teach the right person the products and systems — attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are much more important.
There is plenty of opportunity to grow with the business for someone who wants to build a career rather than simply find another job.
