Salary
45k to 85k plus bonuses and incentives. Remuneration will be based on prior experience and qualifications.

The role
Seeking an experienced Wheel & Tyre Technician with extensive experience in tyre fitting, balancing, wheel alignments, custom wheel fitment, sales and general management. We are a fast-paced workshop with a consistently high volume of clients and orders. You will be primarily working with the team in efficiently and effectively meeting our clients’ needs through your technical and mechanical expertise.
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 2 years experience in the wheel, tyre, automotive, mechanical or similar industry
- A current driver’s licence is
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Practice honesty and integrity within the workplace
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Have a genuine interest in the industry
- Willing to undertake ongoing training and development to further their skills
