Sometimes it’s not about how close you can get the truck, it’s about how far you can reach. 💪

The team was out on a job with a customer today where the site was simply too tight to get the truck anywhere near the job.

That meant running a considerable length of hose to get the job done.
Luckily, our TRD1600B-4000-2000 had more than enough suction to pull from the required distance and get the job completed.

It’s a good reminder that real world jobs don’t always happen in easy-to-access locations. Having the right equipment and enough performance when you need it can make all the difference.

Maintenance Monday EP 4🔧 | Pressure Relief Valves

A small component that plays a big role in keeping your vacuum equipment safe.

Pressure relief valves are designed to protect the tank and system from excessive pressure by releasing pressure when it reaches a set limit.

Like any safety critical component, they need to be checked regularly to make sure they’re in spec, operating correctly and haven’t become blocked, damaged or seized.

🚛 Another Vorstrom Vacuum Trailer heading out the door!

Big thanks to Bryant Day and the team at Keogh Transport for taking this unit up to Darwin for us.

Yesterday, we dispatched this TRD940B-24000-2400 vacuum trailer for VTG Waste & Recycling.

With a 24,000L capacity, 940 CFM blower and 2400L of external water storage, this trailer is built to handle some serious work.

But it doesn’t stop there. This unit features a firefighter and pressure cleaner water pump, 43° tipping tank, and a full-opening rear door.

Thanks to the team at VTG waste & recycling for trusting the Vorstrom team once again. We look forward to seeing this one put to work! 💪
