⭐️ MEET THE TEAM — PAUL ⭐️

With a collective 10 years as part of the Mal Wood Automotive team, Paul has grown from strength to strength. Working closely alongside Mal over the years, he has built an impressive knowledge base and is now a central part of our sales and leadership teams.

During Mal’s recovery from surgery, Paul has stepped up to take on the majority of our quoting and enquiries — a huge responsibility in an already busy environment. He works incredibly hard, always putting in the effort to make sure our customers are looked after and things keep moving.

But Paul brings much more to the team than his knowledge and work ethic. He’s a genuinely likeable, approachable and helpful member of our team, and is always happy to lend a hand wherever he’s needed. In what can be a pretty chaotic and fast-paced environment, Paul’s calm and steady nature is something we really value.

Paul works in-store with the team one day a week, with the remainder of his time spent working from his home office on the Gold Coast. Despite the distance, he remains very much part of the day-to-day team and his fantastic relationship with Mal is a big part of that.

Paul is also passionate about our website and online store, constantly looking at ways we can improve our online presence and customer experience. He loves getting stuck into market research, analysing sales data, setting goals and looking at what we can do next to keep the business moving forward.
He’s a valued member of not only our wider team, but our leadership team, and someone we know we can rely on.

The importance of correctly modifying a VE transmission for early vehicle applications, such as this one for a VK.

Normally we don’t recommend the use of a VE transmission in a non-VE platform, however, it can be done. Simply, because it can be costly. This video shows a quick run down of how it should be done, versus, other alternative, poorly-designed products on the market that we see give trouble, consistently.
