Pacer Mechanical I started working on cars at the age of 12 ,Dads valiant charger, my passion are valiants,and all old skool cars started apprenticeship in 1985 .

Pacer Mechanical was started in 2002,after I spent 19 years at Poulton and Watson 1985-2004 ,which I had 1/2 share in from 1992-2004,i was taught by old school mechanics Gary Watson and Len Poulton (dad away from home) Len was a great mechanic and a all round nice guy, we did everything, and I still do to this day, LOG Book servicing, engine rebuilds, gearbox rebuilds, brake overhauls, machining o

f brakes and flywheels, suspension, wheel bearings wheel alignments, small electrical jobs, welding ,custom exhausts and small lathe jobs ,and will give any repair ago,I'm honest ,reliable and sleep at night .its all about quality not quantity and have a 12month warranty on all repairs (parts are warranted by the parts suppliers) can also do scan tool diagnostics.

A 308 that’s done around 5000km since its last rebuild 355 roller cam it looks like the piston was dropped during assembly and cracked it, it also had a broken top ring in number 6 cylinder and 2 sleeves leaking and a hair line crack in number 3 cylinder I am surprised how well it actually ran with so many issues

Another 360 camshaft break in on my engine run stand it had a Mopar solid purple shaft it was surprisingly very responsive it’s going in a Charger curcuit car

Made an exhaust for a VC Val if you need to know how to fit Pacemaker extractors to a AP6-VC I know the secret a lot of cutting and grinding 😂 that are a really bad design and fit unless you have a mig and a grinder and a oxy I suggest getting someone else to make them fit and if it’s column auto you have to fit a 3foot B&M shifter cable because the old diff U bolt over the secondary pipes won’t work !

Finally got Brock’s Kart sorted with the 9hp vanguard engine of the old slasher we removed the governor and had to make new seat mounts to fit the monster engine in,and a Norm clutch
No brakes yet we don’t plan on stopping just going 👍
