When the trailer needs to do more than carry the load

This Pro Series Flat Top is fitted with a HIAB 038 crane, adding serious lifting capability directly to the trailer.

With hydraulic stabiliser legs providing support during operation, the setup is built to make loading and unloading equipment, materials and components easier wherever the job takes it.

A clean flat top configuration with a lot more capability built in.

A closer look at a hybrid build with a finish that definitely stands out.

This 4.5T HYBRID Pro Series Flat Top combines a heavy-duty steel chassis with an aluminium extrusion floor, giving the customer a practical flat top setup with reduced tray weight.

Finished in Aztec Silver and Merlot Red, this build features:

• 3.6m x 2.1m aluminium extrusion tray
• 300mm removable aluminium dropsides
• Heavy-duty removable headboard
• Four tapered under-tray toolboxes
• Underbody spare wheel carrier
• 4.5T tandem suspension
• 16” all-terrain wheels and tyres
• 70mm 4.5T coupling

The Merlot Red toolbox doors against the Aztec Silver tray give this one a stand out look that ties in with the customers Merlot Red Landcruiser, while the configuration keeps plenty of usable deck space and storage on board.

Field service capability, built into one purpose-built platform.

This Pro Series Service Trailer was recently completed for Komatsu Australia, with a comprehensive fit-out designed to support equipment maintenance and servicing in the field.

The trailer incorporates an 1100L waste oil recovery system, diesel-powered air compressor, 210L fresh water tank and high-pressure cleaner, air-operated grease system, dedicated storage, LED work lighting, roof rack and mine-spec equipment.

The complete fit-out has been configured around the application - keeping equipment organised, protected and readily accessible for operators in the field.

The result is a Pro Series Service Trailer tailored to its operational role and equipped to support the work it was built for.

We appreciate the opportunity to deliver another build for Komatsu Australia and look forward to seeing it out in the field.

Built for Bullakeana Brangus, this 4.5T Pro Series Flat Top pairs a 4.2m x 2.4m steel tray with Cruisemaster XTREME tandem leaf suspension and a 4.5T McHitch.

Finished in Aztec Silver with custom Bullakeana signwriting on the full-width rear mudflap, the final details give this build an identity of its own.

Tough, practical and built for the work ahead.
