Just copped a negative review on Google, basically for working too much that it inconvenienced the customer.
Also, they cancelled rather than rescheduling and refused to work with me, with whatever excuse they see fit to come up with to get their $10 non-refundable deposit back.
When booking a service with me, you agree to the terms of service agreement.
The terms of service agreement is a binding contract and it is there for a reason.

I have a lot of actual work to do, rather than chasing up after negative nancies wanting ten bucks back.
I also need to sleep, eat and rest occasionally, I'm not a robot.

I ask that people please be mindful that it is only myself with no help, I have a little girl that hardly gets to see her dad because he's always too busy.
I also am mindful when people need to cancel or postpone because of whatever reason, it works both ways.

Something so simple and inexpensive could have prevented the damage.
Adding some felt to the back of plates to stop them cutting into the paint isn't uncommon around here.
Its the small things 🤏
