We do all our work in-house, we are well equipped with all the best gear to enable us to do our job. Dyno Tuning, Wheel alignments, brake machining and A/C repairs and regas are all done on the premises! We also have the latest diagnostic equipment and the experience to use it effectively. All general repairs and servicing are performed to the highest standard.

Just done a tune on this old girl, nice patina’d XP falcon with a stock 289/c4. You wouldn’t think it would be too far off but I was wrong! Timing re****ed and 6 main jet sizes to large, power not the main factor here although it will run a s**t ton better now with much better economy.

Warragul Offroad are on the lookout for a Qualified Automotive mechanic to join our family ran business in Warragul.

What We Offer 👇🏼
-Above award wages (wage negotiable based on experience)
-Extra Training Courses
-Huge variety of work

Must Haves 👇🏼
-Current Australian Drivers License
-Minimum 3-5 years experience post apprenticeship
-Experience working on 4x4’s
-Be able to work independently or in a team

Desirable but not essential 👇🏼
-ARC License
-Auto Elec Experience
-Tuning Experience (training can be provided for the right person)

This is a full time position.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

🚨79 Diff Repairs 🚨

Here we have a 2022 VDJ79 in for some diff repairs! Unfortunately for this customer his rear left wheel bearing failed causing the axle to snap and also bent the stub axle. This meant it was time for a whole new diff housing, axle and hub. We also had to do wheel bearings, brake discs and pads and handbrake shoes! Good as new!

Did you know - On these cars you must get the wheel bearings cleaned and re-packed every 40,000km!
If yours haven’t been done, don’t hesitate to give us a call on 5622 2053 to get your car booked in
