Here at Newcastle Vapour Blasting we have a two stage blasting process;

For the first cleaning stage we use a fine media (non abrasive) and compressed air to prepare the piece for final cleaning or prep for painting. For the second cleaning stage we use new media with low pressure compressed air to burnish and achieve that 'Show winning finish!'



Typical applications of vapour blasting:

Engine components such as cylinder heads, cranks, covers, manifolds, blocks etc. If we can fit in our machine we can get it clean! Also we are now offering a second to none polishing service to all our customers and shipping return service for the far away customer!

Camshaft repaired, cylinder head journals welded and bored. Just waiting on new rockers, very excited to see this thing on the road. 😊👍
