We sell genuine wheels, tyres and parts, vinyl stickers, race products and car washers. The manager Lei Liu is a recognised Subaru Australia technician with 11 years experience. He is an IAME member, VACC member, has had Certificate III, IV and Diploma of Automotive mechanical light vehicle. We have strong relationships with the famous performance parts manufacturers such as Wangan, Sparco, Greddy, HKS, Cusco, Yokohama advan wheels, UM (Ultimate Machine).

We are relocating to unit1/11 Eastgate Court Wantirna South, next street 2mins away. We will close our shop on 10th April 2020 to begin the moving process, we will re-open at our new location on 20th of April 2020. As we all come to the difficult situation with COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to update you on how D.R.concetps are handling the situation and also reassure you that we are in an excellent position to continue the business for all your car service and repairs.

Firstly, we are following the instructions and advices of the Federal Government and the Health Authorities to ensure our practices exceed health and hygiene suggestions. We have implemented strict hygiene standards in our reception and customer’s waiting area to ensure you can safely drop off and pick up your car. Our merchant machine, counter desktop, door handles, will sanitize every time after used. Our mechanic will wear glove and medical face mask when working inside of your car, and gloves will be single use only. As what have we been doing before, every car we serviced, we will carry out the air condition disinfection, according to supplier, this is a very good product to help to maintains hygiene of your car interior.

During this period, many workshops may have concerns about supply chains. Please know that we have many reliable suppliers to supply us common/service items, so we can service and repair your car on time on the spot.

Our main priority through this time is the health and safety of both our customer and mechanic, and we will continue to enforce the strict hygiene standards we have implemented to ensure customer’s health and safety.
