An afternoon at the skate park with my daughter had me thinking about how much we’ve got here in Walcha. ❤️

Great local shops, cafés and pubs. A sculpture trail, a beautiful river walk and national parks to explore. And behind it all, people who work hard, care about their town and get behind each other.

We’re proud to be part of that community.

You don’t need to be a coffee expert. What matters most is a willingness to learn and a desire to care for people.

We’ll help you develop customer service skills, learn about coffee tasting and brewing, and gain confidence helping customers find something they’ll love. You’ll be part of a small team exploring new ways to make and serve great coffee.

We’re looking for someone who listens, puts feedback into practice and notices when someone needs a hand. Welcoming customers, taking orders, recommending coffee for home and sharing the cleaning are all part of caring for our customers and each other.

Award wages, paid weekly. Whether you’re looking for holiday work, starting out or bringing experience from somewhere else, we’d love to hear from you.
