From Uncertainty to a Regional Powerhouse

A visionary leader and passionate business owner, Dave's story is one of courage, resilience, and belief. It is a powerful reminder that great businesses are rarely built in perfect conditions. They are built through vision, hard work, determination, and the people who stand beside you.
When we began this journey, we operated two Daimler Truck dealerships with limited parts inventory, no fully developed DMS platform, and a team of just 44 people. Together, that team laid the foundations of the business while continuing to support customers every day.
There were no shortcuts. No perfect timing. No ideal conditions.
Parts had to be sourced. Systems had to be implemented. Processes had to be developed. People had to be trained. "Most importantly, trust had to be earned throughout the transport industry, supporting transport operators and businesses one job and one day at a time."
Six years later, that same business has grown into a regional powerhouse. We have more than doubled our operations, expanded from 44 employees to over 140, and built an award-winning team recognised year after year for excellence in service, leadership, training, and commitment to the transport industry.
But this story is about far more than growth.
It is about investing in people. It is about supporting apprentices and future leaders, backing teams during challenging times, strengthening regional communities, and proving that world-class standards can be delivered from regional Australia.
Today, we are incredibly proud that this journey has been recognised through the NSW Riverina Murray Business Awards, with our business named a finalist in the Large Business category and David Warren recognised as a finalist in the Outstanding Business Leader category.
This recognition belongs to every team member who embraced change, worked hard, continued learning, and helped raise the standard of our industry.
