Hi Everyone. February is always a quiet month for us so we are closing the doors to the shop for a few weeks to do some work around the shop, stocktake and restock and also have a short break away. We will be back to our usual trading hours on Thursday the 5th of March.

If you do require something, then please email us on [email protected] and you can let us know what you need and arrange a time to either pick it up or you can still order online through our online shop.

We will be closed this weekend (17th and 18th) for a family event. We will be open again on Thursday for the Australia Day long weekend so we'll be open Thursday through to Monday for all your hobby needs.

Please note customers. We are CLOSED on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday unless it is a public holiday. These hours are quite clearly marked on our front doors.

We continually have people coming to the door, banging and carrying on, even abusing us for being closed on these days, or not being open when they are here (after hours which has happened) and not even looking at the CLOSED sign or our opening hours on the door.

Sometimes we are there but we are working out the back, catching up on jobs or doing some form of work which is not conducive to having customers in the shop on these days which we use to catch up or have a day at home doing work around the house or appointments etc

Please understand that we are a small family business and we have to have time off when we can get it. Sorry if we inconvenience you by not being open on a day or time you happen to be here but you can check on our page to see when we are here.

So, we are CLOSED on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!
OPEN on Thursday and Fridays (10 to 4) on Saturdays (10-3) and on Sundays (10-2). Please note that we do have to be closed on these days if we have appointments or family events to attend. These will be noted on our pages.

If anyone local has been wondering what on earth we have been doing being in the shop so late at night every night, Russ had been very busy with six models he is either building or updating for a massive trade show next week.
I am really proud of him for getting all this done - today I am heading to Sydney with three of them, then he will be going down on Friday to drop the last of them off, then we are both going to go down on Monday to spend the week there and actually enjoying the fruits of our labour.

Another one done and ready for delivery next week. This one a 1:72 scale COLLINS Class Submarine for a major Defence Company. In time for the Indo-Pacific Maritime Conference in November. Very pleased with how she came out.
