Coast to coast mechanical will be closed Monday the 28/4/2025 and we will be back in operation with Dan there on Tuesday the 29th and I’ll be returning on Wednesday 30th, after taking an extra long weekend for a car event.

I hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and is enjoying the break.

This year has been massive for us having to move location.
I would like to thank all of those who gave well wishes and offers of help throughout the year and a special thanks to those who turned up and pitched in when they knew I needed help.

We are taking a bit of a break and are reopening officially on the 13th of January. However I will be in, likely doing flexible hours from the 6th or 7th taking bookings and catching up on leftover work.

Thanks for all the ongoing support and we wish everyone a trouble free motoring holiday season.

We have been busy setting up the new workshop Unit 4/11 Waverley drive, Unanderra, whilst still operating at the best of our capacity.
Here’s a quick photo dump of our new shop and the setting up we’ve been up to.
We now have a fresh new shop sign and the office is almost finished.
We are still operating just at a little slower capacity whilst we move the last things across before saying goodbye to our old unit.
Our phone lines are back up and operational with the same number 42442313 for any of your mechanical or tyres and wheel alignment needs.
But also how cool is our good friend Dave’s FJ Holden!

One of our customers decided to give his Subaru WRX STI a Christmas present before the end of 2023.
We supplied this WRX with a Process West intake and top mount intercooler setup, an Invidia Exhausts Australia turbo back exhaust system, GFB blow of valve and a custom dyno tune from our mates at The Rumble Shack Providing this cool street package some healthy numbers and a reliable tune.

We are back in full swing for 2024 for all your mechanical needs whether it be your pride and joy that wants a makeover like this WRX or your general service and preventative maintenance.

Don't get caught out this silly season.

After getting a recent cam package upgrade from a performance shop we were asked to fix a number of oil leaks on this LS1. It was soon found out that corners had been cut during the recent upgrades. So this VX SS received a little birthday 🎈 🎁 It was given a fresh Rollmaster timing chain kit and Mellings performance oil pump upgrade, we also replaced the cam bearings which were not touched during its cam upgrade. It was then sent it off to Cini's Tuning Solutions for a retune. Cini provided a much smoother and more driveable tune with some healthy gains from the previous dyno tune. When doing performance work remember cutting a corner only adds an extra corner. Get things done correctly so you don’t end up paying twice.

Only now realising we are just around the corner from holiday season.
